Private Patients

(incl. CDMP/EPC & WorkCover)​

• No referral needed for private patients.

• Private Health Rebates available if you have "Extras" cover with your Health Fund.

• Medicare Rebate available for Chronic Disease Management Plans (formally EPC) - referral required.

• We work with Work Cover clients to get you back to your usual work activities.

DVA Patients

(Dept. of Veteran's Affairs)

• We assess individual equipment needs such as walking aids, chairs, exercise equipment etc. that can be provided to the Veteran through the Rehabilitation Appliance Program (RAP)

• We work closely with carers/relatives and other involved health professionals to ensure a team approach to management.  

• Ask your doctor for a referral today.

NDIS Patients

(National Disability Insurance Scheme)​

• No referral needed

• We work closely with carers/relatives and other involved health professionals to ensure a team approach to management.  

• If you are eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) then we are able to offer Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy for clients under this scheme, as we are registered providers

• Assistive technology and home modifications available
